At Old City Official, we are committed to providing quality products and a great shopping experience.
Size Exchange:
• If you ordered one size (e.g., S) but received a different size (e.g., M), you are eligible for a free exchange.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and size tag.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photos and an unboxing video may be required for verification.
• Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Conditions:
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy:
• Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, out-of-stock replacement cases, or wrong items sent by us.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discount offers are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
